For as strange as things were back in her world, and no matter how much she started to accept as normal, this is something else entirely, that she hasn't yet had a chance to get used to. For the moment, that only hasn't been a pressing concern because it's coming from John, someone she trusts so much. That's true no matter how much he hasn't told her.
