Finch would be so pleased he's maybe made a friend, even if it did occur under circumstances in which he might have been scoping out the building in which she lives, which makes John smile faintly as he steps up to place his drink order and pay for the both of them before he follows Eden to the side.

"We're both laughing, but that friend I mentioned, he'd be pleased by this," he admits. "He often tells me I need to get out more. Meet new people."
