"They won't be going anywhere," he says, moving toward Dutch. The women are still in need of help, but at least they're out of that room and away from whatever those men might have had planned for them. Dutch might know what those plans were, she might have a better idea of where these women would have ended up without their help.

The women will be safe, the men really won't be going anywhere, and they'll be arrested and prosecuted. They've seen his face, so he'll have to keep his distance from the case, but he'll look in on it from time to time.
