It's somehow both relieving and anxiety-inducing when something actually happens. At least they aren't standing around waiting anymore, and at least they have a better idea of what they're facing here, but there's no time to waste now. They have to do this. And no matter how much she trusts John, no matter how capable she knows him to be, they're still outnumbered, and she still can't take any of this lightly. Karen nods, though, not about to slow them down now. It's as good a place to start as any. Besides, it's easy to want to do something when she thinks about how close Carolyn Brady came to being killed tonight. Sitting around and letting things happen has never really been her style, and now is no exception.
