A part of him still feels like he ought to be able to find Finch's friends and break the news to them, but he knows he won't. Somehow, with Dutch's permission, it seems a little easier to let that bit of this go, one less thing he has to be responsible for. He still knows he needs to tell Peggy, but beyond her, maybe he doesn't have to worry about anyone else.
