Peggy feels as though she can be somewhat smug about the fact that John knows precisely how much Karen has going on, but given everything that's happened, she also knows that it would be terribly crass, so she says nothing and instead simply nods her head. She wants to think that she can trust Tony, of course, but she's just not sure.
